"Three Monkeys" be damned--I ain't voting Elephant

Now I suppose that voting Democrat is the "end all destroy all" of American conservatism, but--

Let me rephrase. I'm pretty sure it's rational to vote for one party to continually bash you in the stomach when the only other option is to vote for another party who will set your genitals on fire over a flaming garbage can....

...but it is NOT rational to do so if the flaming garbage can boys are NOT the only other option. Say, there's another party who instead wants to give you a massage?

Unfortunately, too many people believe that the Demoncraps and Republican'ts are the only two parties in this country. They have allowed this lie to go uncontested for so long that this is pretty much the reality.

Neither side is about ideological purity or what is best for the country. They are definitely about winning votes and paying lip service to voters. When something abandons its original purpose for the sake of growing in size and power, it becomes ugly. There is analogy for this in biology. Such a thing is a cancer.
